- Price displayed does not include postage fee or handling and delivery charges.
- Please fill up the ORDER FORM when ordering to ensure that I will have a record of your order. I will give priority to customers who ordered through order form.
- Please ensure that the ORDER FORM is filled properly and accurately. Mistakes in mailing address, email address, telephone no and items ordered would affect the service I can give to you.
- Payment must always be received by me first before your order is confirmed and delivered. Please check HERE for payment methods.
- Proof of payments must be emailed and I will not be reliable for payment without proof. I will confirmed the payment once it is updated in my banking account.
- Please adhere to the payment procedures to ensure your order is processed quickly. I am not reliable for delayed in delivery due to late of in payment especially if the procedures were not followed.
- All handcrafts are handmade by me unless stated otherwise.
- All orders are based on queue. The first one to confirm order will be processed and made first.
- Please inform me if you have received or did not receive your parcel so that we can check out with the post office and trace your parcel soonest possible after the estimate receiving date.
- Cutie Handcrafts will not be responsible for items broken or lost during delivery or shipping. Please claim your compensation directly with the Pos Malaysia.
